Human Inositol Polyphosphate-4-Phosphatase Type I 107kDa ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human INPP4A (Inositol Polyphosphate 4 Phosphatase Type I 107kDa) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate using an immobilised antibody specific for INPP4A, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-INPP4A antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is added; the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, with the target concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The reported sensitivity is 0.059 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Standards are prepared by reconstituting the lyophilised standard to 10 ng/ml in Sample Dilution Buffer, then performing a 1:2 serial dilution down to 0.156 ng/ml. Sample recovery (n=5) is reported as 83-100% (average 91%) for serum, 91-99% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 90-99% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 81-110% for serum, 70-108% for EDTA plasma, and 79-110% for heparin plasma (n=5 each).
