Human Inosine 5'-Monophosphate Dehydrogenase 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Inosine 5'-Monophosphate Dehydrogenase 2 (IMPDH2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for IMPDH2, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-IMPDH2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with a TMB substrate and acidic stop solution, producing a yellow colour read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.27 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. The platform is a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip configuration. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Sample recovery averages are reported as: serum 91% (range 80–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma 91% (range 81–101%, n=5), and heparin plasma 84% (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilutional linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (n=5): serum 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; heparin plasma 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%.
