Human Inhibin Binding Protein ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative in vitro measurement of human Inhibin Binding Protein (INHBP) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and follows a biotinylated antibody / HRP-Avidin detection workflow with TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit demonstrates a standard curve range of 1.56–100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.39 ng/ml, and the complete assay protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery and linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Reagents include pre-coated strips, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
