Human Inhibin Beta B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Inhibin beta B in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and is built around a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection via a biotinylated anti-Inhibin beta B antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The manufacturer's stated assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml and sensitivity is <6.2 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery was assessed across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5 for each), with average recoveries of 91%, 89% and 90% respectively. Linearity across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 ranged from 74% to 110% across the same three sample types.
