Human Inducible T-Cell Co Stimulator Ligand ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ICOS Ligand/ICOSL in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for ICOS Ligand/ICOSL. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-ICOS Ligand/ICOSL Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate solution. The reaction is visualised catalytically, producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml and sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Recovery has been evaluated in undiluted serum (n=5, range 80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81-101%, average 91%), and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80-89%, average 84%), with additional dilution testing at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
