Human Indoleamine-2,3-Dioxygenase ELISA Kit

Designed by Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro measurement of human Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase, this sandwich ELISA kit is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip configuration and a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm with a standard microplate reader.

The calibration range spans 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity below 0.145 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Spike-and-recovery validation across five samples produced averages of 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 was confirmed in serum (87–107%), EDTA plasma (79–108%), and heparin plasma (82–105%). The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and not used past the indicated expiration date.
