Human Immunoglobulin Superfamily Containing Leucine Rich Repeat Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Immunoglobulin Superfamily Containing Leucine Rich Repeat Protein (ISLR) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for ISLR pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-ISLR antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate; TMB substrate generates a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.065 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the assay time is 4h 30m. Sample validation data show average recovery in serum of 91% (range 80-102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma of 90% (range 81-100%, n=5) and in heparin plasma of 84% (range 80-89%, n=5), with dilution linearity reported for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across these matrices.
