The Antibodies.com Human IL1 alpha ELISA Kit is supplied as a 96-test microplate assay configured for quantitative measurement of human IL-1α in cell culture supernatants, serum samples, and plasma-derived specimens, with a detection range of 0.156 to 10 pg/mL and reported sensitivity around 0.1 pg/mL.

Researchers apply this kit to inflammatory disease models, rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune studies, tumor microenvironment cytokine profiling, and neutrophil activation assays. Capture antibodies are pre-coated on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate.

The protocol uses 100 µL sample volume per well, runs at room temperature incubation steps, and components should be stored refrigerated between uses. The kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic procedures.
