Human IGFBP-3 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative determination of human IGFBP-3, also referred to as Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 3, IBP-3, IBP3, and IGF-binding protein 3. The kit is suitable for serum and is applicable to cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma samples. It uses a quantitative sandwich immunoassay technique for the indirect in vitro detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural or recombinant human IGFBP-3.

Sensitivity is reported as <2.16 pg/ml with an assay range of 125-8000 pg/ml. The assay employs colorimetric detection on a pre-coated microplate format (12 x 8 well strips) and can be completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. No cross-reactivity has been reported. The kit is stored at +4°C and remains stable for 3-6 months.
