Human Hydrogen Voltage Gated Channel Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HV1 (Hydrogen Voltage Gated Channel Protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection carried out via a biotinylated anti-HV1 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate, after which absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is 0.065 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported recovery (n=5) averaged 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
