Human Hyaluronan Synthase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Hyaluronan Synthase 1 (HAS1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for HAS1. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-HAS1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date. Sample validation data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
