Human Huntingtin Associated Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Huntingtin Associated Protein 1 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate; standards and samples are added to the wells and the captured target is detected with a biotinylated antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the signal read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, sensitivity is <0.113 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilutional linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across these sample types. The kit includes pre-coated strips, lyophilized standard, detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
