Human HtrA Serine Peptidase 4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human HtrA Serine Peptidase 4 (htrA4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for htrA4, and detection is achieved using a biotinylated anti-htrA4 antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm. The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.32 ng/ml, an assay range of 0.781-50 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
