Human HSPA8 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a 4-hour sandwich ELISA kit designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Hsc70 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

Hsc70 is also known as heat shock 70 kDa protein 8, heat shock cognate 71 kDa protein, heat shock protein family A member 8, HSP73, HSPA10, HSPA8, LAP-1, lipopolysaccharide-associated protein 1, and LPS-associated protein 1. The antibodies used are specific for Hsc70, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Quantitative performance covers a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. Validated sample dilutions include MG-63 cell lysate at 1:2 and U-251MG cell lysate at 1:2. Recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma spans 85%–105%. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as detailed in the protocol manual.
