Human Holocytochrome C Synthase ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HCCS (Holocytochrome C Synthase) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for HCCS pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

Detection is performed using a Biotinylated Anti-HCCS Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.059 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
