Human HNRNPF ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human hnRNPF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The 4-hour protocol uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The reported product range is 78.125–5000 pg/mL and sensitivity is <46.875 pg/mL.

The assay is specific for hnRNPF with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; healthy serum and Raji cell lysate have been validated at a 1:2 dilution. Validated average recoveries are 94% for serum (n=10, range 90–100%), 99% for EDTA plasma (n=10, range 87–104%) and 98% for heparin plasma (n=10, range 87–102%), with linearity maintained across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in all three matrices.

Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
