Human Histone Deacetylase 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HDAC4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Detection uses a biotinylated anti-HDAC4 antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.55 ng/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiking recovery averages of 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma are reported. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
