Human Histone Deacetylase 1 ELISA Kit

Captured analyte is then detected using a Biotinylated Anti-HDAC1 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, and the intensity of yellow is proportional to the amount of HDAC1 captured in each well.

Reported recovery values (n=5) average 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Reported dilution linearity values for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (n=5) are, respectively: serum 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%; EDTA plasma 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%; heparin plasma 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%.
