Human Histamine Receptor H4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Histamine Receptor H4 (H4R) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for H4R, and uses a biotinylated anti-H4R antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Detection is colorimetric, with TMB substrate producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

Reactivity is human and the assay is quantitative, with a standard range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.052 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m on a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips. Typical serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma recovery ranges and dilution linearity values are provided in the product specification. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
