Human High Mobility Group Nucleosome Binding Domain Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human High Mobility Group Nucleosome Binding Domain Protein 1 (HMGN1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-HMGN1 detection antibody together with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
