Human High Mobility Group AT Hook Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human HMGA2 (High Mobility Group AT Hook Protein 2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an HMGA2-specific antibody immobilised on the plate. Standards and samples are added; captured HMGA2 is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-HMGA2 Antibody and visualised with HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and concentration is calculated against a standard curve. Reported sensitivity is 0.114 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated sample types include serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma alongside tissue homogenates and cell lysates. Recovery ranges are 80-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma, each with n=5. Linearity has been assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across these matrices. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
