Human Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein U ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human hnRNP U/p120 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and follows a total incubation time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Quantitative performance has been validated across a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml. Recovery has been assessed in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%; n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, average 90%; n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%; n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in matched serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5). The kit is intended for use with human samples.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
