Human Hermansky Pudlak Syndrome Protein 6 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HPS6 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs a biotinylated anti-HPS6 antibody with HRP-avidin detection, visualised via TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.054 ng/ml, with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. In undiluted samples (n=5), average recovery was 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity upon dilution at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (n=5) fell within 74–108% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
