The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured analyte is bound by a biotinylated anti-VPS37A/HCRP1 antibody, detected with an HRP-avidin conjugate, and visualised using TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
