Human Heparan Sulfate Proteoglycan 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heparan Sulfate Proteoglycan 2 (also referred to as Perlecan) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate formatted as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection of an HRP enzymatic reaction using TMB substrate; the concentration is calculated by reading O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader against the standard curve.
