Human Heparan Sulfate-6-O-Sulfotransferase 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HS6ST3 (Heparan Sulfate-6-O-Sulfotransferase 3) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1, S2].

Stated sensitivity is 0.073 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml [S1, S2]. Total assay time is 4h 30m [S1]. Supplied components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed [S1, S2].

Recovery has been evaluated with serum (n=5, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, average 91%), and heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%) samples [S1]. The product is intended for research use only [S2].
