Human Heparan Sulfate-6-O-Sulfotransferase 2 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HS6ST2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for HS6ST2, followed by incubation with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with absorbance proportional to HS6ST2 concentration in each well.

Reported sensitivity is 0.066 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, two vials of lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C depending on component.
