Human Heparan Sulfate-6-O-Sulfotransferase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the quantitative determination of human Heparan Sulfate 6-O-Sulfotransferase 1 (HS6ST1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.063 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the protocol runs for 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery performance across five samples each: serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–101% (average 91%), and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%).

The procedure uses a pre-coated antibody plate, a biotinylated anti-HS6ST1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Colour intensity is proportional to HS6ST1 concentration, which is calculated by reference to a standard curve. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
