Human Hemopexin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Hemopexin in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with colorimetric detection, where the concentration of Hemopexin is calculated by reading absorbance at 450 nm.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of <0.071 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.

Validation data for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5 per matrix) demonstrate recovery ranges of 80–102%, 81–100%, and 80–89%, respectively. Linearity assessment across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 showed values of 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma, and 82–105% for heparin plasma.
