Human Hedgehog Homolog, Desert ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the quantitative measurement of human Dhh (Desert Hedgehog Homolog) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with a Dhh-specific antibody, with detection via a biotinylated anti-Dhh antibody and HRP conjugate visualised using TMB substrate to produce a yellow colour read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
