Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1 (HSF1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. It shows reactivity with human samples and is supplied on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) format.

The assay uses a biotinylated anti-HSF1 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with HSF1 concentration calculated against the standard curve.

Reported performance figures include an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
