Human Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Beta 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GRP94 (Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Beta 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an antibody specific for GRP94, followed by a biotinylated anti-GRP94 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change proportional to the amount of GRP94 captured in each well, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 83-99%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 80-100%) and heparin plasma (average 90%, range 82-99%), with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16 in each of the three matrices.
