Human Heat Shock Protein 47 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heat Shock Protein 47 (HSP47) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for research use only.

Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450nm using a microplate reader. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and follows a sandwich immunoassay format in which HSP47 in the sample is captured by an immobilized antibody, bound by a Biotinylated Anti-HSP47 Antibody, and visualised via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The reported sensitivity is 45.3 pg/ml and the assay range is 125-8000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
