Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 (Hsc70) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Hsc70, with captured analyte detected using a biotinylated anti-Hsc70 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm in a colourmetric microplate reader, with Hsc70 concentration calculated from the standard curve.

Validated recovery averages are 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%). The kit has a sensitivity of <0.134 ng/ml across an analytical range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
