Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 5 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GRP78 BiP (listed as Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-GRP78 BiP antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm.

Quantitative performance is supported by a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery has been validated in serum (80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, n=5), and dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample matrices. Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solution A, detection solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and use before the kit's expiration date.
