Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSP70) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with the full protocol completed in 4 hours 30 minutes.

Stated performance figures are a measuring range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.54 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 83–100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 90–98%) and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89–102%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was reported as 83–110%, 79–100%, 90–98% and 82–108% for serum (n=5); 90–98%, 90–105%, 73–109% and 87–91% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 88–103%, 77–105%, 95–98% and 87–110% for heparin plasma (n=5).
