Human Heat Shock 70kDa Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Heat Shock 70kDa Binding Protein 1 (HSPBP1) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for HSPBP1 immobilised on the wells. Standards or samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-HSPBP1 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour product whose intensity is proportional to HSPBP1 concentration. The signal is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.105 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Recovery data from the manufacturer: serum 80%–102% (average 91%, n=5); EDTA plasma 81%–101% (average 91%, n=5); heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%, n=5). At sample dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, recovery spans 74% to 108% across the same matrices. The complete protocol can be performed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
