Human HDAC2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HDAC2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with capture antibody specific for HDAC2 immobilised on the plate.

Standards and samples are incubated in the wells, unbound material is washed away, and a biotinylated detection antibody specific for HDAC2 is added to form an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich complex. After further washing, an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate are added; the resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the HDAC2 concentration is calculated against the standard curve. The kit is specific for HDAC2, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
