Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human H2AZ2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection via a biotinylated anti-H2AZ2 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing, serum samples showed a range of 80% to 102% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 81-100% (average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, with serum (n=5) recovering 87-91% at 1:2. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the components.
