Human GSK3ß ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GSK3 beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for GSK3 beta, a biotinylated detection antibody, and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm. The standard curve allows quantitation over a product range of 0.625-40 ng/mL, with a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL. The kit is specific for GSK3 beta with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours.

Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing. Validated dilutions include healthy serum and plasma (1:2) and human peripheral blood lymphocytes (1 x 10^6 cells/mL) cell culture supernatant (undiluted). The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Recovery ranges were 87%-103% (n=10, average 94%) in serum, 97%-101% (n=10, average 99%) in EDTA plasma, and 86%-105% (n=10, average 93%) in heparin plasma.
