Human Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CXCL2 (Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with absorbance read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader following TMB substrate development.
