Human Growth Hormone Inducible Transmembrane Protein ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MICS1 (Growth Hormone Inducible Transmembrane Protein) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It is reactive with human samples and is supplied on a pre-coated microplate organised as 12 x 8 well strips.

Quantitative measurement is performed colorimetrically, with absorbance read at 450nm in a microplate reader. The standard curve covers a range of 0.312-20 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.13 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been characterised across sample matrices. In serum (n=5) recovery was 80-102% with a 91% average; in EDTA plasma (n=5) the range was 81-100% with a 90% average; and in heparin plasma (n=5) the range was 80-89% with an 84% average.
