Human Growth Hormone 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Growth Hormone 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-Growth Hormone 2 antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm. A pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is provided.

The stated assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 29.8 pg/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
