Human Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 10 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 10 (GRB10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with a colorimetric end-point read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of <0.102 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5 per matrix), average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 83–100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (90–103%) and 95% for heparin plasma (89–102%). Dilution linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same matrices.
