Human Growth Associated Protein 43 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Growth Associated Protein 43 (GAP43). The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

Quantitative measurement is performed on a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated anti-GAP43 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate visualised at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay has a standard range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
