Human GRO? ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GRO gamma in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is completed in approximately 4 hours on a pre-coated microplate platform configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <4.688 pg/mL and a quantitative working range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. It is specific for GRO gamma with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample recovery (undiluted, n=10) averages 96% for serum (range 87%-102%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 86%-101%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 87%-98%). Recommended dilution is at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing, with validated dilutions including healthy serum (1:2) and healthy plasma (1:2).

Storage instructions specify shipment at +4°C and component storage at +4°C or -20°C as detailed in the Protocol Manual, with the warning to avoid freeze/thaw cycles and not to use past the expiration date.
