Human Granzyme M ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Granzyme M in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The kit employs a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for Granzyme M. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where Granzyme M binds the immobilised capture antibody; after washing, a biotinylated anti-Granzyme M detection antibody is added, followed by an HRP conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader to quantify the analyte against a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5.9 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and should not be used past the indicated expiration date.
