Human Granzyme K ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com kit is a quantitative sandwich ELISA for the in vitro measurement of human Granzyme K in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. A monoclonal antibody specific for human Granzyme K is immobilized on microwells, and bound target is detected with a biotin-linked monoclonal antibody and streptavidin-HRP, producing colour development proportional to Granzyme K concentration that is read on a microplate platform.

The kit has shown no significant cross-reactivity and can assay both native and recombinant human Granzyme K. Sensitivity is 2.41 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.63–1000 pg/ml, with average recovery from serum samples reported at 100%. Granzyme K is also known by the synonyms Fragmentin-3, Granzyme-3, GZMK, NK-Tryp-2, NK-tryptase-2 and TRYP2. The kit is stored at +4°C and is not to be used past the stated expiration date.
