Human Granzyme B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Granzyme B in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The protein target is also known by synonyms including CGL1, CSPB, CTLA-1, CTSGL1, Fragmentin-2, GRB and GZMB. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Total assay time is 4h 30m. The reported working range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 31 pg/ml. Sample recovery (average, n=5) is 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity also documented across 1:2 to 1:16. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
