Human Granzyme A ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Granzyme A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format in which an antibody specific for Granzyme A is pre-coated onto a microplate; standards and samples are added, bound Granzyme A is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Granzyme A Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate, and the reaction is visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader.

The assay has a standard range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml and a total run time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery performance was validated across matrices: serum (n=5) averaged 91% (range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (n=5) averaged 90% (range 81-100%) and Heparin plasma (n=5) averaged 84% (range 80-89%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across all three sample types.
